I’m a gluten-free vegan. You might think I eat salad and tofu all day long.  Not true! I do love an interesting salad and tofu has lots of possibilities, but being vegan AND gluten-free doesn’t mean meals should be boring.  From quinoa to ajvar, the food adventure is only just beginning.
