Vegan Brazil Nut Parmesan
1 cup whole, raw, dry Brazil nuts
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Add all ingredients to a food processor with and “s” blade. Blend until mixture clumps slightly. Pour into a jar or sealed container. Store in a cool dry place or refrigerate.
